Dr Heather Bolton

Clinical science for mental health.

I'm a Clinical Psychologist. My mission is to make sure mental health support is safe, effective and grounded in real science, wherever people find it. I do this in three ways: consulting, organisational training and therapy.

How I can help

Three ways to work with me: consulting for digital mental health companies, workplace mental health training for organisations, and online CBT therapy.

For digital mental health companies

Evidence-based training and intervention that helps organisations look after their people's mental health and build healthier ways of working.

For individuals

Therapy
